Mark Chavez has pleaded guilty to illegally distributing ketamine in the case surrounding the overdose death of Matthew Perry, admitting to obtaining the drug with a fraudulent prescription.
Chavez acknowledged that he understood ketamine should only be administered under medical supervision and admitted he provided it to another physician who injected it into Perry.
In a troubling revelation, one of the other doctors involved, Salvador Plasencia, texted Chavez questioning how much Perry would pay for the ketamine, indicating a lack of concern for the actor's well-being.
