A multistorey residential building in Ternopil was reportedly struck and people may be trapped under rubble. The whole country was placed under an air-raid alert and residents were urged to shelter. Attacks caused emergency power outages across multiple regions. Calls were made for effective sanctions and allied air-defence missile assistance to reduce pressure on civilians.
