The investment from Red Bull has allowed us to significantly enhance our development program, enabling young talents to transition smoothly into our professional ranks alongside seasoned riders.
The team includes 12 promising riders from the Under 23 ranks, with a focus on scouting and training to prepare them for the demands of WorldTour racing.
Our Rookie Program, led by John Wakefield, aims to not only nurture talent but also ensure that our expanded engineering and scouting units work cohesively to maximize performance.
