The tight battle on the finishing straight saw Lotte Kopecky expertly lead out Wiebes, who managed to respond to a powerful launch from Balsamo in the final meters.
Zoe Bäckstedt from Canyon-SRAM, despite losing her teammates during the race, still holds the overall lead, staying seven seconds ahead of Lieke Nooijen.
