'Part of the action' - Revitalised Sarah Roy sets sights on race finales as season transitions from Australia to Spring Classics
Briefly

Sarah Roy has experienced a successful start with the EF Education-Oatly team, winning the Tour Down Under and achieving notable individual results throughout the Australian racing season. Her efforts not only contributed to team morale but also solidified her own performance, finishing in the top 20 in several races. As the team prepares for the increased competition in Europe, Roy emphasizes the importance of maintaining focus and building on the positive momentum gained in Australia, highlighting the team's motivation and spirit moving forward.
"Yeah, for sure, it's been a really successful period in Australia, it couldn't have started better," Roy told Cyclingnews. "Winning the TDU was really great morale for the team and then going into every race after."
"We'll just keep building on this... it's only going to get more competitive in Europe but it's a really nice way to start," said Roy.
"I think the spirits are really high but we're very cognizant of the fact that we can't lose focus and we need to keep the same level."
Despite throwing herself into the task of helping deliver strong results for the team, Roy was also personally inside the top 20 through the one-day races.
