My $50 Castelli gloves have been flawless for over a decade, but this $12 Cyber Monday deal has me questioning everything
Briefly

Tom has spent months testing winter cycling gloves, evaluating performance in harsh conditions. Meanwhile, my longtime choice of 3mm neoprene gloves has lasted a decade, proving durability.
While I find comfort in my Castelli gloves, I’ve discovered similar functionality in cheaper 3mm diving gloves online. They match the thickness and design, but I haven’t personally tested them.
The Velotoze Waterproof Neoprene Gloves outperform traditional neoprene options, offering better dryness and warmth, but they come at a higher price point which may deter some cyclists.
Despite my preference for Castelli gloves, the generic diving gloves on Amazon present a viable alternative, provided the quality is acceptable, as I haven't tested these myself.
