Looking for a phenomenally fast, crazy stiff, hyper-aero road bike? Then look no further than the Cervelo S5 - it's got $2,600 off at Competitive Cyclist
Briefly

Competitive Cyclist has reduced the price of the SRAM Red eTap AXS-equipped Cervélo S5 from $13,000 to $10,400, marking a significant $2,600 discount. This superbike is praised for its outstanding aerodynamic performance, based on wind tunnel tests and reviews, including those by Cyclingnews' Will Jones. While the bike excels in speed on flat terrain, its design may seem less aesthetically pleasing to some. Nonetheless, the S5 includes high-end features and aims to meet the needs of serious racers looking to invest in cutting-edge cycling technology.
If speed is your goal then you are going to struggle to top this, in a dead straight line, this is as aero as bikes get.
For me, the S5 looks a little too robotic, compact, and somewhat inelegant, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder and ultimately this is a bike that's about speed over visuals.
The $2,600 reduction helps bring what is essentially the highest level of bike design and performance to a lower pricepoint.
Cervélo says the S5 has enabled the brand to take full advantage of the latest cycling technology, which boosts the S5's capabilities in racing performance thanks to its aerodynamic design.
