After racing 18,125 miles around the world in just 108 days, Lael Wilcox sets a new women’s record, surpassing the previous record by 16 days.
Lael's journey started in Chicago, moved through several countries including Portugal and New Zealand, and was completed with significant climbing and endurance.
While riding through the US, Lael followed the Adventure Cycling Association's routes, showcasing both her adventure and dedication to fundraising for them.
Lael noted that during her record ride, she consumed an impressive amount of Coca Cola, claiming it surpassed her coffee intake.
