Harry Tanfield's ambitious initiative aims to create a new British UCI Continental cycling team, filling the void left by the impending closures of both Saint Piran and Trinity Racing.
'There is a bright future for UK cycling. But that exciting future will happen without Saint Piran Pro Cycling,' said management, highlighting the challenges facing the current teams.
Tanfield emphasized the urgency of the situation, stating, 'We've got two weeks to try and do the best we can,' as he gathers support and funding for the new team.
British Cycling has given Tanfield a two-week extension to find and establish a new team structure, hoping it could operate independently from the now-defunct Saint Piran.
