Slopestyle is the discipline considered by many to be the highlight of Crankworx. Slope fans will be especially excited after the men's competition was canceled in Rotorua this March due to financial disputes between the organizers and the riders. Thankfully the two sides reached an agreement and Slopestyle will proceed for both men and women for the first time in Cairns.
In addition to seeing the men compete, slopestyle fans will also be excited to see Patricia Druwen in competition. The German teenage phenom was a favorite in Crankworx Rotorua but was injured before the competition and had to sit out.
