As a sport, we are often at the mercy of landowners... a land dispute caused riders to lose access to a local reservoir. A petition has been drafted to bring back access.
According to the local outlet 29news, the issue of bike access was jurisdictional... This will hopefully be cleared up at a board meeting in April.
