This was a trip of a lifetime with my crew at Blur Media. It felt like we took it back to the basics, just getting in the truck and driving into the mountains looking for fresh lines to ride every day...
Some of these lines feel as close to skiing Alaskan spines on a bike as we've seen, and there's something special about watching a loose, aggressive rider like Vestavik charge massive, exposed faces, hitting natural features and making huge turns...
The soundtrack is, unsurprisingly, as heavy as the riding, and Blur Media, Vestavik's film crew, served up a characteristically beautiful, and gritty set of visuals...
I'll watch just about anything with the words 'Brage Vestavik' in the title, he's proven his mettle with consistent edits, and huge sends, including the Jah Drop. Freeride ain't dead!
