Pretty Decent Beer Co celebrates four years of its 4.5% Session IPA "I Could Get Better at Tsco For A Quid" with a weekend of events from Thursday 28th to Saturday 30th August 2025. On Thursday, pints of the Tsco Session IPA cost four quid at all three taprooms, and the brewery will pour its new 8% Double IPA "Finest" for the first time. Attendees can order picklebacks, Tsco-inspired cocktails such as the Bitter At The Checkout and the Big Shop Shandy, and choose from a full crisp menu. Friday features karaoke at the Victoria Park taproom with free tequila shots for singers. Saturday concludes with a 10km taproom-to-taproom run between Forest Gate and Blackhorse Road, with DJs at both locations.
One of our fave London breweries, Pretty Decent Beer Co, is celebrating four years of its cult 4.5% Session IPA "I Could Get Better at Tsco For A Quid", named in honour of their favourite Google review, with a big weekender of fun. On Thurs 28th August, pints of the Tsco Session IPA will be just four quid at all three taprooms, plus the 'first pour' of the PDBC's brand new 8% Double IPA "Finest".
You'll also be able to get picklebacks; Tsco-inspired cocktails, like the Bitter At The Checkout (beer, Campari & lemon) and the Big Shop Shandy (whisky, lemonade & beer); and a full crisp menu. On Fri 29th August, head to the Victoria Park taproom for karaoke (with free tequila shots for all singers). The party finishes on Sat 30th August, with a 10km taproom-to-taproom run, from Forest Gate to Blackhorse Road, with DJs spinning at both spots on the day.
