It's been great. I've only been back for a couple of days. I'm getting to know him. I really like him, I think he's a great leader, a great personality to have as a coach. You see the way we want to play, with high intensity, high press, keeping the ball. I'm really looking forward to this season with him (Kane described of the small handful of days he has been back and working under Kompany).
Given their history as previous competitors in the Premier League with Tottenham and Manchester City, Kane and Kompany will certainly have known each other rather well over the years and have built a level of respect for one another.
