Bayern Munich provided an update on the rehabilitation of midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. Pavlović is recovering from a persistent infection and is undergoing light running and ball exercises. Neuer has resumed full goalkeeper training after a calf muscle injury sustained during his recovery from a torn muscle fiber. Additionally, players Raphaël Guerreiro, Leon Goretzka, and Kim Min-jae participated in the final training session ahead of the match against FC Augsburg, while Kingsley Coman will be sidelined.
Aleksandar Pavlović is currently completing an individual rehabilitation program with light running sessions and ball exercises. The 20-year-old midfielder was recently sidelined due to a persistent infection and is now working on his comeback.
Manuel Neuer is also making progress in his comeback. On Thursday, the FC Bayern captain was able to complete goalkeeping-specific exercises on the pitch again. During the individual session with goalkeeping coach Michael Rechner, the keeper trained with the ball for the first time since experiencing a recurrence of a calf muscle reaction during his rehabilitation program following a torn muscle fiber two weeks ago.
Raphaël Guerreiro, Leon Goretzka and Kim Min-jae completed the final training session and are fit for tomorrow's game. Kingsley Coman is out.
