Captain Benno Schmitz will lead the team for a ten-day training camp in the United States from 11–21 January, based at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Centre near San Diego. The trip includes daily training, team activities, a friendly match, and collaboration with partner Los Angeles FC through the Red&Gold Football joint venture to promote and mentor young talent.
