Red&Gold Football, the joint venture between FC Bayern München and LAFC, has partnered with S.D. Aucas of Quito to open pathways for Ecuador's most promising young players to reach top European leagues and Major League Soccer. The collaboration establishes structured exchanges of ideas, methodologies, scouting, and development philosophies among Munich, Los Angeles, and Quito. Aucas youth players will gain opportunities to train, trial, and compete in tournaments in Europe and the United States. Racing Club de Montevideo remains Red&Gold's primary South American hub while the alliance with Aucas expands the venture's regional talent identification and development footprint. Ecuadorian players such as Willian Pacho, Moisés Caicedo, and Diego Palacios exemplify the country's production of elite talent.
