Training Report: Julian Nagelsmann's bring in Special Operations Command; Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer hits the pitch, but Leroy Sane is still working out individually; Missing players return to German national team; Thomas Muller goes Zoolander; & MORE!
Briefly

The national team players had a session with officers from the Special Operations Command today: warming up on the green field with rock music and loud cheering, followed by close combat training on special cushions, going over various obstacles wearing helmets on a special course in the middle of the Thuringian forest, 'fighting' each other using police shields, climbing through a shaft onto a 20-meter-high tower and hoisting the German flag, solving a special task with the police.
This session was planned by Julian Nagelsmann, who wasn't there himself, in order to raise the sense of togetherness, communication and sacrifice within the team.
Neuer had been late to camp due to his sickness and had trained indoors earlier this week, but used Thursday to get re-acclimated with the outside world of football.
