Middlesbrough assistant coach Aaron Danks, who previously worked with Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht, has been appointed as part of Kompany's coaching staff at Bayern Munich.
Danks briefly took on caretaker duties at Aston Villa before joining Middlesbrough, while Kompany recently transitioned to Bayern Munich from Burnley.
