Lothar Matthaus pushes for Bayern Munich to revisit Jonathan Tah transfer
Briefly

Jonathan Tah is on the verge of leaving Bayer Leverkusen this summer, with the possibility of joining Bayern Munich once again being discussed. Former Bayern player Lothar Matthäus emphasized the significance of Tah's free transfer and lamented Bayern's missed opportunity to acquire him last summer. He expressed that the FCB defense needs strengthening and considers Tah among the best defenders. Despite the interest, other clubs, including FC Barcelona, are also vying for Tah, complicating Bayern's potential acquisition.
Had enough yet of Jonathan Tah transfer stories linking the Bayern Leverkusen and German men's national team defender to Bayern Munich?
It's certainly a huge loss for Leverkusen. On top of that, Tah is leaving on a free transfer. That hurts.
If I had a say at Bayern, I'd need the best, and Tah is one of the best. I would definitely consider Tah.
It sounds nice but it does not appear as though Matthäus will get his wish...with other clubs like FC Barcelona in the hunt.
