Karl-Heinz Rummenigge: New Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany is "not very experienced" yet "stands for the right philosophy"
Briefly

I wish him much success, because when you don't win a title for a year as Bayern Munich, that's already one year too many. Max Eberl is convinced of this relatively young and not very experienced man.
I asked [Manchester City manager] Pep Guardiola, who had him as a player for a long time. He said he's convinced that he is an exciting coach. We must not forget that Bayern plays relatively attacking and dominant football. He stands for this philosophy.
It is fair to say that Rummenigge is not yet convinced by the hiring of Kompany, but equally it seems that he is giving the former Burnley coach the chance to impress before he truly makes up his mind.
