Javi Fernandez set to earn professional contract, set to get chances in Bayern Munich's first team
Briefly

Bayern are planning to offer Javier Fernández a professional contract. The club is happy with the development of the 17-year old Spaniard and there are no plans to loan him out. Fernández will mainly play for the U19s and FCB II but will also get chances under Vincent Kompany with the first team
It is important to remember that Javi's contract expires next year, so a contract extension will need to happen rather soon. His 18th birthday is in November, so perhaps the club is waiting until then to give him that professional contract. Hopefully the club will not let his contract run down as far as Paul Wanner did and get one of the club's biggest talents locked down pronto.
