Per an update from Bild (via @iMiaSanMia), Bayern's number 42 was working on his comeback routine in frigid, freezing temperatures at Sabener StraÃe the Saturday following Bayern's win in Cologne.
For Tuchel and Bayern, they can exercise an abundance of caution in terms of Musiala's injury situation, because there is absolutely no need to risk playing him if he is not 100% ready.
