The spring reform of the fan dialogue working group produced immediate results and steered development toward thematic, content-related, structured, constructive, sustainable, collaborative, open and effective fan work. Representatives from nine areas reported recent activities across fan clubs and community, women's football, inclusion, senior issues, regional networking, stadium experience, ticket programmes, diversity and kids & teens. Sign language work with the FC Bayern Red Deaf fan club was showcased, including coordinated sign displays on screens during team line-ups.
