The leadership team, including President Herbert Hainer and sporting director Christoph Freund, acknowledged the collective effort of players, coaching staff, and employees. They conveyed that the championship success was a shared achievement, instilling optimism for the upcoming season as they aim for even greater milestones.
Since the third matchday, we have been at the top of the men's table without interruption, have only suffered two defeats, have picked up 82 points and scored 99 goals - almost 100 goals.
The trophy is at home because we had a good season! It is the championship for each and every one of us. Because without all of their contributions, none of us would have achieved it together.
And we'll get that one missing percentage point next year.
The higher ups expressed their gratitude, thanking not only the players for their achievements, but also the coaching team, staff and employees of FC Bayern.
