Bayern Munich's Max Eberl eager to manage transfer window, help club adapt to changing landscape

The transfer window runs until the end of August and we will probably have some more departures. We have to look closely at squad management. The many matches are an extreme burden for players. We want to be successful in the medium and long term.

Our approach is to build a squad with young players like Michael Olise with whom we can be successful in the coming years. Eberl is comfortable with younger players taking more prominent roles, similar to PSG, Man City, and Real Madrid.
