Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer wants Jamal Musiala to stay long-term
Briefly

"I have to say that we adore our Jamal, he is a once in a century footballer, and our first aim is of course to keep him at FC Bayern in the long term," Hainer recently told Abendzeitung's Maximilian Koch (via @iMiaSanMia). That opinion is shared with essentially everyone at the club, but it is really just down to a matter of negotiating and fine-tuning all of the details that would be contained in the new contract. Bayern is ready to offer considerable money, especially with how well he is already getting along with new manager Vincent Kompany.
While Bayern does typically try to operate within a hierarchy of financial constraints as it pertains to the squad, they should be willing to make somewhat of an exception for Musiala due to how important of a player he is for the club. They can get away with it with a player like him without disrupting the harmony within the dressing room, as most players would not have any objection to making Musiala one of the top earners at the club, if not the top earner.
