Bayern are insisting on €50m guaranteed for Matthijs de Ligt while Manchester United are willing to offer around €35m plus add-ons.
The biggest problem is that there really is no 'coming back' - Bayern Munich is already in too deep with its desire to sell De Ligt. The club cannot walk it back and might eventually have to lower its asking price.
