Bayern Munich boss Vincent Kompany had many influences on his way through coaching ranks

I've learned from every coach for sure. Some things I wanted to do, some things I wanted to do differently...Pep Guardiola came into the building for the first time, explaining a bit his ideas - and within a week I knew I'd be a coach...The way he explained his ideas made me think: Okay I think I can go my own way with this and have my own ideas...And then, (Manuel) Pellegrini, (Roberto) Mancini were great influences too. I'm taking a little bit from everyone.
