Kalvin Phillips may be a summer transfer target for Bayern Munich, while West Ham is considering a long-term contract for the England international.
Phillips has failed to make an impact at West Ham, falling down the pecking order and being error-prone, notably in matches against Newcastle and Bournemouth.
