Daily Schmankerl: Arsenal eyeing Bayern Munich's Matthijs de Ligt, Borussia Dortmund's Nico Schlotterbeck; BVB to decide futures of Marco Reus, Mats Hummels; Serhou Guirassy wants Tottenham Hotspur move over Manchester United; and MORE!
