New federal cash paves way for East Austin's 'wishbone' bridge over Lady Bird Lake - Austin Monitor
Briefly

Facing a steep climb in costs, the city of Austin secured a $4 million cash infusion from the federal government to bridge a budget gap and initiate construction for the $25 million project connecting Longhorn Shores, Canterbury Park, and an unnamed peninsula in Lady Bird Lake.
