James Pearce Jr., an edge rusher for the Atlanta Falcons, is entering a six-month pretrial intervention program related to a domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Rickea Jackson. He faces three felony charges, including aggravated battery and resisting an officer, along with a misdemeanor charge of stalking. Completion of the program without violations will lead to the dismissal of all charges. Pearce must stay away from Jackson and participate in therapy as part of the program.
