"Initially I was disappointed I was going to miss Sunday's game. I was in Minneapolis doing some on-camera stuff for work, and since we were filming tailgating before Ravens-Vikings, I was out on location while the game was going on. I had it on in the rental car as we were driving between locations and every time we were in the car, it sounded like the Falcons were looking pretty good. It was a close one."
"Jonathan Taylor was doing Jonathan Taylor things, but the Falcons seemed to be holding their own and getting pressure on Daniel Jones, even forcing some mistakes. By the time we wrapped for the day and I parked the rental car in my hotel's parking garage, the Falcons were up, and the game was almost over. By the time I got up to my room on the 14th floor, the Falcons had blown it. Same old story. Same old Falcons. This team is incredibly frustrating."
A fan missed most of the game due to on-camera work and watched intermittently from a rental car, noting the Falcons appeared competitive while Jonathan Taylor excelled. The Falcons generated pressure on Daniel Jones and forced mistakes, briefly holding a late lead. The team surrendered that lead by the time the fan reached their hotel room, prompting renewed frustration and the refrain "same old Falcons." Fans are invited to take a weekly emailed survey and share thoughts in the comments. Tailgating content will be shot at the UNC Charlotte-UGA game; tailgaters can email jeanna.kelley@sbnation.com to participate.
