Following the promotion of Brian Schottenheimer to head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, the franchise is actively searching for new coordinators. Dallas has requested interviews with Kevin Koger, a former Falcons tight ends coach with NFL experience, for the offensive coordinator role, and Ryan Crow for defensive coordinator, after his tenure with the Dolphins. Meanwhile, former Bears head coach Matt Eberflus is considered the frontrunner for the defensive coordinator position. The Cowboys are concurrently in discussions for a special teams coordinator.
Koger has drawn interest in the past, meeting with the Broncos and Packers in 2022 as well as the Browns during this year's hiring cycle.
With that said, former Bears head coach Matt Eberflus is seen as the frontrunner for Dallas' DC posting.
