The Atlanta Braves reinstated INF Austin Riley from the paternity list and recalled RHP Daysbel Hernández while designating INF Zack Short. Riley returned with two hits after missing one game from a rainout.
Daysbel Hernández has yet to surrender a run in 9.2 innings this season, with his stay expected to be short as a starting pitcher is set to be promoted. Nacho Alvarez Jr. and Whit Merrifield's additions made playing time unlikely for Zack Short.
