The Atlanta Braves have agreed to a multi-year contract extension with President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Alex Anthopoulos that will keep him with the club through the 2031 season.
"I'd like to thank Terry (team CEO) for his continued support and trust," Anthopoulos said of his newest contract. "The Braves are an incredible organization to be a part of, and I'm proud of the success we've achieved together," he added. "I strive to bring another World Series to Atlanta."
MLB News: The San Francisco Giants agreed to a four-year, $44M contract with right-hander Jordan Hicks. The 27-year-old is expected to be used as a starting pitcher.
