Braves Minor League Recap: Cam Caminiti K's 8
Briefly

In a busy day for Atlanta Braves' minor league teams, notable performances included Jurickson Profar's strong showing in a loss for the Gwinnett Stripers, where he hit a home run and a double. The Stripers struggled overall, falling to the Norfolk Tides 11-1, partly due to a lack of offensive support. On the pitching side, despite some initial success from the bullpen, the team could not maintain momentum leading to a disappointing defeat. Cam Caminiti and Rayven Antonio excelled in Augusta, as did Diego Tornes in the DSL.
Jurickson Profar's easy dominance over the Triple-A level continued in the third inning of this game when he went deep to dead center field, a 414 foot home run that put the Stripers up in the game by a run.
This depleted pitching staff had to rely on the bullpen to try to cover a game, and for awhile it was going well until it very quickly went in the opposite direction.
