SF's "Night of Ideas" Huge Free Day-to-Midnight Festival (2026)
"Spend an evening exploring the ideas, art, and conversations shaping how we move forward collectively. Villa Albertine's Night of Ideas returns in 2026 with an after-dark celebration of art, innovation, and culture across the U.S., landing in San Francisco at the Public Library and the Asian Art Museum. This year's theme, Lighting the Way, invites Bay Area audiences to see how creativity, ideas, and collective action can illuminate paths forward as the U.S. approaches 250 years since the Declaration of Independence."
"Once the evening program begins, Night of Ideas becomes a marathon of live performances, panels, workshops, food, and interactive art. You can drop in for one session or make a full night of it. The event is designed to keep people moving between programs, sparking conversations and shared exploration throughout the evening. Night of Ideas San Francisco is presented with support from Villa Albertine San Francisco, the Asian Art Museum, Circuit Network, KQED, and the San Francisco Public Library."
