Inside the new AI-driven platform generating 'adviser-grade' art market insights
"Artsignal is here to change the game for collectors,"
"From early on we were impressed by Artsignal's ability to simplify the user experience of navigating the vastness and subjectivity inherent in art market data and to quickly deliver usable, actionable insight,"
"Historically, you needed insider data or an adviser to buy confidently,"
"We put adviser-grade intelligence into a simple product that covers every artist, so more collectors can participate with conviction."
Artsignal is an artificial intelligence-driven platform that aggregates open-source auction results, exhibition announcements and news to create art market reports and valuation context. The platform’s data engine processes information to generate signals for pricing, buying and sales decisions, and delivers artist biographies with source links, auction metrics (top price, median price, lots sold, yearly volume), public presence overviews, market outlooks and lists of related artists. Users can deep dive into specific works. Launched in September with investment from Christie's Ventures, the service aims to democratize adviser-grade intelligence so more collectors can participate confidently.
