Sardi's, a historic restaurant in the Theater District, has been sold to the Shubert Organization. The current owner, Max Klimavicius, will manage the restaurant until June 24, after which it will close for renovations. The renovations will update the dining room, lighting, ventilation, and plumbing, while preserving much of the decor. Patrons enjoy Sardi's as a social hub for discussing theater, with many Broadway actors frequenting the establishment after shows.
