In Staten Island, a burglar broke into a home on Tottenville Place, stealing a $500,000 painting titled "City Gleaners" by renowned artist T.F. Chen. The criminal entered by smashing a window around 9 a.m. on May 15. Fortunately, the homeowner, a 68-year-old woman, was not present during the incident. T.F. Chen, who is not only an artist but also a philosopher and art historian, has established a cultural center in NYC and has held over 100 solo exhibitions globally. Authorities are seeking information to catch the thief.
