Booooooom x Capture Photography Festival: Ning Cheng Interview
Briefly

Ning Cheng, an artist from Ningbo, China, now based in London, has been selected for the Capture Public Art Open Call. Her work, which includes photography and sculpture, focuses on exploring personal perception and elevating mundane feelings to a universal level. Currently, her images are displayed at the Olympic Village Canada Line Train Station in Vancouver as part of Capture 2025. Cheng has a unique aesthetic, often drawn to everyday objects which she creatively transforms through an intuitive process of collecting and combining these items.
