A five-day AI Impact Summit in New Delhi will convene national leaders, ministers, tech CEOs, researchers, and industry representatives to address AI challenges and opportunities. The fourth annual summit is the first hosted by a developing country and follows previous meetings in France, South Korea and the UK. India ranks third in AI competitiveness according to Stanford researchers. The event expects over 250,000 visitors, 20 national leaders, and 45 ministerial delegations. Agendas include innovation, collaboration, responsible use, digital public infrastructure, startup ecosystems, and cutting-edge research. Major concerns include job security, child safety, misinformation, disinformation and deepfakes.
