Camp Moshe Dayan is home to several highly sensitive military intelligence installations, including Unit 8200, responsible for eavesdropping, codebreaking, and cyber warfare. The base houses the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Center, known for transforming IDF's target concepts.
The base's history includes the displacement of the Palestinian village Ajleel in 1948. Today, soldiers and specialists are trained at Camp Dayan to continue the mission against Gaza inhabitants, descendants of those displaced during the Nakba.
