Google is expanding its AI Overviews feature to over 100 countries, allowing users to see AI-generated search summaries in supported languages like English, Hindi, and Spanish.
AI Overviews, which launched in the US in May, will also display cited webpages more prominently, enhancing user experience and providing better context for search results.
In addition to AI Overviews, Google rolled out ads in this feature on mobile in the US, but other locations will continue to see ads in dedicated slots on the page.
