The suspension affects his graduation plans, honors thesis, and law school applications. Emory cited concerns that Eightball 'may be used to cheat,' although Craver denies any evidence.
Emory's Honor Council raised alarms about Eightball's integration with Canvas, an online platform. Craver insisted they disclosed this at the pitch competition.
