Winger Louis Zecevic John, who has represented Serbia at U16 level, scored three goals and provided three assists for Arsenal U18s last season.
Zecevic John is described as a fast and skilful player who aims to secure a regular spot in Arsenal U18s' starting lineup.
Ceadach O'Neill, capable of playing as a winger or attacking midfielder, has also been confirmed in Arsenal's scholarship intake, previously playing at senior level for Linfield.
