Timber out of Arsenal finale after ankle surgery
Briefly

Jurrien Timber underwent ankle surgery and will not participate in Arsenal's last Premier League fixture against Southampton. Manager Mikel Arteta noted that Timber has played well following a previous ACL injury. Both Timber and William Saliba will miss the trip, with Arteta confirming Saliba's hamstring injury from the last match will keep him out as well. Despite these injuries, Arsenal can still secure second place in the league depending on their performance and goal difference against Manchester City.
"With Jurrien, you understand that he was coming back from an ACL one year out, and to have this season after an ACL, it's incredible."
"William is going to be out for a few weeks, unfortunately. He pulled his hamstring against Newcastle, so he's going to be out for a few weeks."
