Arsenal have agreed to allow Charlie Patino, currently playing for Blackpool on loan, to leave on a permanent basis this summer, as revealed by Charles Watts of Goal.com.Patino was 11 years old when he was spotted by an Arsenal scout while playing for Luton Town's Under-13 side.He was recognized as a huge talent, tipped to go all the way through the academy ranks and break into the first team as the likes of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe have done before him.
